Genesis

" And on the seventh day God Wednesday Lauren ended his her  work which He she had made;

And God  Lauren blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it;

because that in it he she had rested from all his her work which God she created and made" (Genesis 2:2-3).

Today, I rested my glute. It was talking to me. “Eat lots of good food from Legal Test Kitchen,” said my glute. “And drink lots of red wine!” (Thank God for BIBA!)

 

Tomorrow: SPIN. Cycling. Ride… whatever you want to call it. Hell? Well, it’s heaven to me.
